WHAT HAPPENS AT KIDZKLUB?

Registration:
The children queue up outside until the doors open at 1.50pm.
They are then registered, which is lets the visitors know who has been each week.
Newcomers are given a consent form to give to their parents to fill in.

Activities:
Whilst other children are registering, various activities go on, like word searches, colouring in sheets, memory verse reminders, group chats and games.

Up Front:
From around 2.10pm, the chaos begins! Those in charge of hosting the afternoon will welcome everyone - including meeting newcomers, singing happy birthday to anyone (if applicable!), running through the rules and introducing the day's theme. In the first hour there's lots of games, chances to score points (what to points mean?! - Prizes!), there's drama, there's worship (with the brill actions, of course!) and the memory verse challenge... all leading up to the half time break where a drink and a biscuit is provided.

Games/Craft/cooking:
After the break, two teams join in with games downstairsm whilst the other two teams get invovled with a craft or cooking activity upstairs. The teams then change over after 20 minutes or so.

End:
10 minutes from time, everyone comes back together again. This is a time where we get to award prizes for best sheets coloured in, anounce the winning team (with the most points) and top prize goes to the 'Best listener'. Each session, we have a prize to give to the person who has been listening, being helpful and generally has behaived briliantly. There's nothing better than winning 'best listener' prize!

We always end with a short prayer time - whether its the kids, adults or everyone together thanking God with a big AMEN!
